Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Planks

  Carefully repackage the items in their original protective packaging, ensuring all hardware and installation guides are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the exterior of your return shipment.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned timber for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
