We source high-quality, sustainably harvested hardwoods including White Oak, Walnut, Maple, and Reclaimed Pine. Each piece is kiln-dried to ensure maximum durability and stability.

How long does shipping take for custom orders?

Custom-cut planks typically require 7-10 business days for processing and finishing. Once shipped, standard delivery takes an additional 3-5 business days depending on your location.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, WoodPlank ships to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international orders in the near future.

What is your return policy for home decor items?

We offer a 30-day return policy for all standard-sized items in their original condition. Please note that custom-sized planks and personalized engravings are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged.

How should I maintain and clean my wood surfaces?

We recommend cleaning with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid harsh chemicals or excessive water. Periodically applying a food-safe mineral oil or wood conditioner will help maintain the wood's natural luster.
